About

Signal Fidelity Group is a communications-first company.

It was founded by Abhi Basu to help companies earn a place with the trusted intermediary: the person, publication, platform, or model their audience relies on to decide what is true.

SFG is built around a simple communications premise: the intermediary keeps changing, but the job does not. Companies need a signal their audience will believe and the model can represent accurately.

Abhi founded Signal Fidelity Group after twenty years in regulated communications across pharmaceutical, medical technology, and biotechnology organizations, including Johnson & Johnson MedTech, Takeda, and Boston Scientific.

That background shaped the operating thesis: high-stakes communications has always been about moving meaning through intermediaries whose judgment you can influence but never fully control. AI did not replace that discipline. It made the intermediary visible in a new form.
